Half-Day Program

• AM Option 8:30am to 12pm, PM Option 12pm to 3pm
• $280/Weekly (discounted)
• $75/daily (2days $150, 3days $225, 4days $300)

2026 Payment Plan Option

• Available via the Parent Portal only – payments will be automatically processed.
• Deposit Required: 30% deposit before monthly payments begin. Deposit will be calculated and processed at time of registration acceptance. 
• 6 Month Plan: (6) Jan, (5) Feb, (4) March, (3) April, (2) May, Final Pymt-June
• Plan (# of Pymts) will automatically adjust accordingly based on how many payments remain available at the time of registration.
• Automatic Payment Requirement: Card (Credit/Debit) or eCheck (ACH Bank) must be on file for the payment plan option. Email reminders will be sent out on or about the 1st of each month, and charges will be processed on or about the 15th of each month.

2026 Season

• Registration Access: An email will be sent out notifying all camp families once the Parent Portal is re-opened!
• Schedule Changes: Select weeks now, change them later. Deadline for revisions without change fee: May 1st
• Refund Policy: Now through April 1st (Full Refund), April 1st through June 1st (Account Credit), After June 1st (No Refund) [all requests must be emailed to Chartwell@chartwellfun.com]

Payment Methods & Registration

• E-Check (1%fee), Card (2%fee), Cash, or Check (payable/mail to Chartwell Happy Day Camp – PO Box 283 Marlton NJ 08053)
• Submit application online and make electronic payment via parent portal, once approved and processed a confirmation email will be sent
• Office hours are 9-4:30 Monday thru Friday (please call or email ahead to drop off check or cash at Chartwell )
